Hoping everybody's day isn't quite that bad today, but I'm certain we've all been there - and will be again!

I don't know what's blooming right now, but I've sneezed enough the last 3 days to power a windmill!

About that moving around, I make myself get up at least twice an hour to stretch and putter.

I made the mistake of puttering a little to far Wednesday afternoon and am paying the price for that one!

Severe weather prognosticated for the weekend so I'm right certain that'll ramp the pain up a bit as well - DAMMIT!

In the meantime, here's to Pfriday ... May it be a good 'un!
