Don't let him worm his way. He broke up with you once before, and most likely would do it again. Breaking up on Valentines Day is very hurtful. Why go back to someone from the past who hurt you, especially if you know you wouldn't marry him? Ditch him and move forwards, not backwards. There's a reason why he's an ex. Keep him an ex and just flat out say "No thank you". Then move on with your life. You deserve far better.
