I assume you were tested for diabetes? The glucose spilling into your urine is a sign of high sugar levels, which also correspond to many of your symptoms ~ weight loss, fatigue, lightheadness, etc.

It is very rare to have breast cancer at your age. It does occur, but the most likely ages for breast cancer in women is over 50. Same with ovarian cancer.

Do you have breast cancer in the family on your mother's side? This is a risk factor for early-age BC. Did they perform a mammogram?

I know it is difficult and I hope you feel better. Try to relax and keep yourself as healthly as possible until you see your doctor
