Today I spent a lot of time cleaning around my apartment and doing laundry. Cleaning, despite how much I procrastinate on doing it, always makes me feel much better. So that helped. Also, I only had 1 cup of coffee instead of my usual 8 so my anxiety seems better.
Another thing that will help after is playing my ukulele, it's a lot of fun and a fulfilling hobby
