Proteins - cause I'm veggy, I don't eat meat, but started to eat seafood again at my docs request... here's some suggestions...

haddock
whey (or a supplement from a healthfood shop)
shrimp
salmon
lobster
tuna
swordfish
steak
chicken breast
pork
sirloin steak
lean ground beef
lean ground turkey
turkey breast
I include nuts in my diet too, but not too many.
