It was a humiliating experience though. I don’t even remember everything. My T and my family were telling me about things that I don’t remember.

I still have to talk to my T about what triggered it. The only new thing that happened was Effexor XR but I’m not sure if that triggered it but it’s possible.

That was probably the worst episode since I’ve been with T so he has seen me at my absolute worst.
