yes Xeljanz is starting to help I am on my 6th week, as you know being a Doctor that biologics do need time to truly show the full benefit. Even once biologics are helping there is still Flares that will just happen
But when you have severe Fibromyalgia like mine, no remissions , just flare after flare along with PsA its honestly a dangerous mix for many like me. The Brick walls get harder and harder..
Today is no better unfortunately .. Maybe tomorrow.
