Feeling a little run down today. I didn't get much rest last night.
I pushed through my morning chores and my workout this morning. I'm hoping to get a nap and then work in a walk later today. I need the fresh air.
I ate lots of Easter candy yesterday and a huge piece of cinnamon crumb cake for dessert after dinner. I don't think it is helping my feelings of sluggishness. I need to lay off the sugar today!
