Thanks for sharing this. Night time can be difficult for me as well. It typically starts around dinner time. My nervousness & anxiety being to rise. I feel kind-of disassociated... almost mildly dizzy. I tend to wake up in the middle of the night feeling anxious & slightly paranoid. I'm an older person though. And I think what I'm experiencing is similar to what is referred to as Sundown Syndrome.

I'm also fond of the peace of nighttime. One thing I have begun doing if I wake up in the middle of the night & have difficulty getting back to sleep, though, is I play some quiet music... often Japanese bamboo flute music or something similar. It seems to help. I hope you are able to find some solutions to your difficulties.
