I only knew one bipolar person. She when she was off her meds, she got overexcited and accused people of not visiting her when she was depressed. She was normally very nice and friendly.

She will have sex with anybody that wants it when she not on her meds. She had sex with taxi cab driver's she told me at one time. This was years before she meet me. Had a doctor call me from a mental hospital and told me they check for AIDS from everybody before they let them come in the hospital.
