Mood is low still. Going to make some coffee and see if that helps perk me up. So as far as what's helping, I guess making myself shower in the morning, that feels good to be clean. I've had difficulty doing any of my hobbies the past 2 days due to depression but I was able to read some and will read more later, I'm enjoying a series I got for free on my Kindle from BookBub
