Apparently H and my insurance got messed up somehow like it does every once in a while when we recertify or update something. They said they never received proof of identity for my youngest, so they're saying she's ineligible and somehow is messing up ours. So I probably have to cancel my session with T1 and his partner until they fix it. I uploaded a letter and proof today so I'm hoping it doesn't take too long. I'm thankful that I have this insurance but it's a pain when it gets messed up.
