The only side effect I had was for the first two or three days I would get a headache for about an hour but it wasn't a bad headache just mild to moderate and like I said it went away rather quickly.

I've been doing much better. Some people don't notice the differnce until they are up to about 200mg. But you have to start out slowly at about 25mg and slowly work up so it may take awhile to notice. I notice right away even at 25mg.
