I just joined today and struggle with CPTSD, but I've found some things that help. I'm lucky to have a friend who also experienced childhood trauma and we have been encouraging each other to try new things that we wanted to do as kids but weren't able to then. For example, I just started learning to skateboard and she's starting to learn to play music. We aren't very good at either but it is empowering to try and gives us something to laugh about.
