My mood is good today
I came upon this and I would like to share.
I would have liked to have had this list years ago....I might have avoided some pain in some relationships....( I have often been ''too accepting'' of other peoples sub optimal behaviours... and I am far from perfect either, who is?) but I have it now
Having had ''family'' who ''taught'' me how to berate self for everything that is not ''perfect'' ... and being punished (passive aggressively, aggressively, rejection, cruel words ... etc... ) if I did not ONLY think of other peoples needs and being berated for apparently being ''a selfish person''' for EVER thinking of something I might need or want..... I have had to start from the beginning.
This has affected my mood and anxiety probably from very early childhood.
Now maybe I will be able to work on healing some of this ''stuff'' that never belonged to me...
