Some people I know spend time taking care to eat healthy diet, sleep enough, do daily exercises, get fresh air, and spend time socializing either IRL or online as conditions dictate. That seems to help them reduce the severity of their anxiety.

Have you asked your therapist what to do about that from their point of view?
