Maymie, i'm sorry you've got a boss whose mind is not entirely on his job. Maybe he is thinking about his health but that is no excuse for him not being straight w/you. is there another employee that can sit w/you and help you? if not we're here to listen and to give you courage, give it some time and maybe things will change. just come here and continue to rant, ok? i hope you feel better. pj56
