Yes, I’ve lost friends and family, and it really bothers me. I don’t want to call them again because they acted horribly to me. They really did. This wasn’t small stuff. Plus, they made no effort. They didn’t value me at all.

I have had exactly that experience with “family” and some former “friends” .. They really did act horribly to me and it was not small stuff at all.
They didn’t value me at all. And that is about them.
