ANY malpractice lawsuit is extremely difficult. The cost to file one is so large that unless you lose limbs it's impossible to sue - unless you want to pay a lawyer $50 k or more to file one. I tried to sue a dentist who butchered me and cost me $30 to fix, but now lawyer would take it.
