Aww I can relate to everything you have said, and the frustration that comes with it.
I never regret it either for a while after Ive done it, until I realise and try to stop... sometimes it seems like Im quitting only to fail again.
Never mind, you dont suck at life, and everytime you feel like you dont deserve to eat just remember that you have to eat to live and its a completely natural thing lol. You shouldnt feel bad for it at all
