I had to take my car in for a safety-related recall recently. We planned to leave it there for a few days, but that turned into a week because we both forgot it was there. So to me, it seems like a weird time to be thinking about cars when many of us are barely using ours.

I'm also amused at how many of my neighbors still have their trash cans at the curb several days after trash day because they don't leave their house so they don't ever remember to take them in.
