Legs felt like jelly walking downstairs

Curls 20 reps
Hammer curls 10 reps
Wrist curls 24 reps
Tri. Extension 24 reps but it was rough
D. Row kickback 24. Always rough
D. Seated press 24 reps
Lat raise 15 reps..tooough
Front raise 11 reps.
Walked dog with dad ~5 miles
Legs felt like jelly again
