the diazapam has really helped me to be honest im no longer as scared to go out and i had a twitch and grunt thing going on, still there but not as bad. yep im in the uk and just found out my shrink had left and a guy has replaced her, thats gonna be gppd esp talking about the abuse and my g.p is also leaving the practise in a month and i swaer i sat and cryed to her like a huge kid lol, As the Seroquel ( quetiapine) goes i take that 3 times a day, 100 in morning 100 in evening and 200 at night. I just feel like im in a dam hole and cant seem to get out it.
