I'm sorry you're having to go through this. Depression and anxiety can definitely be overwhelmingly paralyzing.

I don't really have any solid advice. Try and go for daily walks a couple times a day and make it a priority, even if you don't feel like it. Contact someone daily, too.. in whatever form that works for you.

See if you can buy groceries that can stretch for longer periods of time (rice, pastas, legumes, etc). Maybe make some large batches of food for your freezer..?

Can you start a new hobby? Like those adult colouring books, Dollar store crafts, puzzles, etc.. anything to keep your mind preoccupied.. outdoors in the sun with some uplifting music? Whatever to keep things positive.
