Yes, I sometimes have brain fog after sleeping too much, but it doesn't manifest as too many thoughts. It feels more like my brain is slow and doesn't want to think yet. My thoughts are foggy and it takes me a while to process them.

What you describe seems more like racing thoughts that are colliding. Also, the fear of the camera and microphones are symptoms of psychosis.

How is your mood? I know you sometimes experience these types of symptoms outside of mood episodes, but I wondered if you're feeling agitated or upset? I know the situation with your mom yesterday was troubling.

I imagine you skipped your AP last night becsuse you were asleep? I wonder if it might make sense at some point to let your doctor know you struggle with the night dose often and see if it would make sense to change the time of day you take it. The levels really do need to be even and consistent for them to have the best chance of working properly.
