What you describe seems more like racing thoughts that are colliding. Also, the fear of the camera and microphones are symptoms of psychosis.
How is your mood? I know you sometimes experience these types of symptoms outside of mood episodes, but I wondered if you're feeling agitated or upset? I know the situation with your mom yesterday was troubling.
I imagine you skipped your AP last night becsuse you were asleep? I wonder if it might make sense at some point to let your doctor know you struggle with the night dose often and see if it would make sense to change the time of day you take it. The levels really do need to be even and consistent for them to have the best chance of working properly.

I have the same experience as fern. Too much sleep makes me spacey. Assuredly not too many thoughts, in fact it's too few. Lights on, nobody home kind of thing.
What you describe does strike me as symptoms, as cameras and microphones are a very common theme for you when you are symptomatic.
I have to wonder if fern and nammu are onto something with the sleeping through an AP dose.... has this just been happening today, or has it been going on? (Sorry if I missed, I've been quite spacey and not on the ball lately.) Regardless, I'm still inclined to think it's symptoms, just due to the nature of them.
Hope you get feeling better soon.
