In addition it’s inappropriate for a medical professional to refer to people in such terms. There is a big difference between casual and private chit chat about someone in a privacy of your home and entirely different story to say it to a patient

I agree. In some forests irl words like paranoid are thrown around far too lightly... and they are probably used more as an insult than a genuine diagnosis.
I spoke to a more competent doctor who said “we don’t write mean things about our patients” ..... They write very little about me since I very rarely speak to them.... having been burnt so many times. And I read what one GP said about me. It was all back to front, condescending at best and just flat out wrong. Based on one conversation.
He did later admit that I am “far from inarticulate” .... lol. But since I only had five minutes to spit out my symptoms which were complicated it was not exactly easy

. A bit of kindness and compassion from the doctor would help
