I don't have any grandchildren--just a grand dog, who is a sweetie. But I know we seniors like to share about grandchildren and other good news, so here is our chance--without anybody rolling their eyes or thinking we're tooting our own horns. Plus it's good for us to think about positive things!

SO, I'll start! My younger son just successfully defended his dissertation--so now he can put "doctor" in front of his name.

And I am feeling better with less body pain today
