My mood is mostly ok today. I feel like I am gaining more clarity into the inner workings of my mind.... which is of course one of the goals of therapy

Papa bear (again not a 'thing'' but I am very grateful to him for how he has ''put up with me'' for many years, although I know for a fact that he does not perceive me as a burden... although I sometimes feel that way
