Getting out and taking a substantial walk w the dog in the sunshine always helps. Not getting enough regular aerobics without the gym. Im letting the "what ifs" bother me too much because Im the only one here who prepares for emergencies.
I have a problem thinking Im going to bounce back from a bit of a slump faster than I can. For example, Ill get really busy and feel better after a nice walk and then cancel the therapist (a rare occurrence, but her other clients need the slot more than I do.. Then I have that crying inside feeling and wish I hadnt done it. Need to slow down, stop pushing myself so hard as if accomplishments will push away my minor downturn, do more of a one thing at a time approach so I dont mess anything up and then feel twice as bad. Using various tricks against the isolation, but sometimes it's better to take things slow and easy like the desert tortoise I am.
