I'm waking up from sleep with nightmares of rushing water coming in. Trying to get to safety in the attic, forgetting the ax. 12 feet of water in the streets again.

When i'm driving, i'm zoning out into some kind of freaky dreams. When i come back to it, i've driven blocks if not a mile or more.

The stress i'm going through now is not helping it. I don't know what to do to stop it. I'm trying to stay away from others talking, the media, but it just surrounds me.

This is really making me sick.
