I've been working out consistently and eating less sugar lately. Yay! I've also had the good fortune of a lot of nice weather to enjoy. I've really appreciated getting a little sunshine and fresh air every day.
I've also had time to make more of our food from scratch. I think that helps overall, and I'm trying to get several recipes down so that I can still use them once things get busier again.
