You're an adult...and you're right..you should be on your own! I think it may take your mom time and just move out when you're due to move out. A lot of parents dread when their kids move out.

I know with my dad he wants me to be on my own but yet he doesn't wanna be without me being around either...so it's like a love/hate thing for parents.
