This may be a silly question, but do you have distractions at home to a minimum- No music, no tv, etc? I think that would at least help, if it doesn't fix the problem completely. Frequent breaks are a GOOD thing! Experts say its good to get up and stretch and change direction mentally for a couple minutes every so often.
