I quit smoking cold turkey. Well wasn’t successful first time but it worked second time a year later. I did have a system to it though but it was cold turkey. I still remember my last cigarette. I never stopped wanting to smoke but I sure never touched another cigarette. But yeah I know how to abruptly stop something.
