12. Taking Medications / Supplements I am really bad at taking these things. Often forgetting to take them when they are right in front of me. Now, while I am cooking or cleaning and pass them, I can just take them. I have even made it a practice to take magnesium at the end of the day. My suspicion... that most times i am too tired at night to bother taking a supplement, I just want to go to bed. But with more energy and time... magic.
