I agree that many people’s mental health will suffer great deal

But. I personally do not recommend short cuts. I’ve met people who went through variety of short cuts in order to obtain particular careers without going through proper steps and it was a disaster every single time, they weren’t capable or prepared for the task

I recommend you obtain appropriate degree and licensing (if you state requires that)

Now, there are several graduate schools that provide faster route in getting your masters, provided you can do it full time. There are reputable schools that might get you through in one year of intense training (those are always private schools)
