Hi everyone, I've never posted in this thread before. My anxiety has been off the charts lately. Interestingly I've been okay while being in quarantine and I am lucky to be working from home. My job is really stressful and I have had my first panic attack in over a year last week which led to a migraine that last 4 days. Things are not great. I'm trying to get some therapy on better help but I have never used it before. They are matching me to a therapist now so we'll see how it goes. I hope this week will be better for all of us.
