I am just at a complete loss right now. I had an injection today and its also a week before my period. I have severe PMDD. My therapist said that she can’t really help me this week. My mom is trying her best. I just don’t even know what to do to deal with this unless I stay in bed all day where at least I know I’m safe.

I just have no idea.
