You wrote: "I don't care to read books, follow online programs or change daily habits of mine - anything to get rid of those problems." Perhaps I misunderstand. But this makes it sound as though you don't want to do any of these things to address your anxiety problem. However perhaps you meant these are things you'd be willing to try since you can't afford long-term therapy?
