Yes sometimes it’s just a gut feeling. Hard to pin point right away. But when you give it a minute, it’s getting obvious. We have somebody at work who changes topic of every conversation and interrupts every meeting in order to talk about herself, then she doesn’t understand why people stir away from her

Yeah I agree with you. It becomes obvious why someone may shy away from someone else.
