Still working out a schedule around progressive overload. Just finishing up my daily workout. Worked arms, a little of both chest and back today. Pushed myself to do an extra set for almost all of my exercises. If I couldn't push a full set I pushed as many reps as I can handle while keeping it equal. Will probably increase weights by 4lbs tomorrow. I can only increase my weights three more times before I run out, so I'm trying to stretch the time between increases.
Will walk the dog afterwards, maybe ~5 miles today.
For breakfast will have a protein shake w/ milk and a fruit cup. For lunch ill eat a egg sandwich and maybe a can of tuna. Dinner is porkchops and green beans.
