Oh yeah plus for breakfast I had a coffee before my workout,, a protein shake after, 3 pieces of bacon and half a papaya.
Will probably eat a pouch of roast beef for lunch (50g protein), and a can of tuna (12g).
For dinner I think we're going to roast a chicken, stuffed with onion and garlic.
