I added 4lbs to my dumbbells last night. Didn't do a full 5x5 set for every exercise but I did enough that I felt okay about it after. Might think of doing a secondary exercise comprised of situps and push-ups daily, in the evenings. Depends on how I feel later today. If not ill just add them to my morning exercise. I'm just happy I was able to push out more than 1 set. Walked 2 miles afterwards and ate some peanut butter pretzels for breakfast just so I had something to take my meds with. Ate some pork belly and dumplings for lunch and no idea whats for dinner.
