Find a replacement. Oddly enough, carbonated water helped me curb my desire for alcohol. I developed a drinking problem for a couple years, roughly 6 years ago. I didn't drink daily but when I did, it was excessive (loved my Vodka). I haven't had a drink in almost 5 years now.. but carbonated water cures the odd craving. Of course it won't numb you but the behaviour is replaced from alcohol to carbonation.
The pandemic has been hard for many. I don't know what the law is in your neck of the woods but where I live, we take advantage of our parks. It helps keep us feeling less isolated andthe fresh air and exercise is good for the mind.
