Today his counselor suggested for him to work on the Dialectical Behaviour Therapy workbook, which was originally designed for BPD. She mentioned that she's not at all diagnosing him but felt this workbook would be really helpful for him. Kind of ironic, though, since I've suggested this booklet here to a few different members, and had one on hold for myself to address the anxiety piece.
I think we're heading in the right the direction. I'm curious how these workbooks will fair out, even without a formal diagnosis. Afterall, if the behaviours are being addressed, a dx won't really matter, will it..
