A virtual reality headset has meditations in 360 degree's. You can be in nature or on a beautiful beach while practicing mindfulness or meditating. Its like your really there. (there are videos of being up close with wild animals you normally would not be able too. My cub got scared at first because it feels so real but now she loves being able to see places in the world she will never get to visit.)

There are many apps to suit peoples tastes.

I am enjoying it and I think it is helping.

You tube have 360 videos but you need a headset to view them properly. There are lots more on the VR device though.
