I've been there and done that. Don't give up!! Life is a roller coaster and a journey, not a destination. Don't get caught up in the moment but just relax and sleep it off. Tomorrow is always a new day. For me, being productive helps whether it be taking care of yourself or doing small things to bide the time. Doing absolutely nothing for a short period is ok, but in the long term, doing something for yourself helps a lot. I mean, for example, taking care of your appearance or eating something nice which you made. I try to take care of my appearance, wearing makeup, exercising, and eating healthy. I also found a good person to confide in. He means a lot to me. Doing things for yourself in a positive manner will help you avoid feeling bad about yourself. If you think you can be helped by therapy or antidepressants, please ask your doctor immediately before you fall into an abyss. I have felt frustrated in the past but recently feel as if I can do something constructive about it. When you lose this motivation, you need professional help ASAP. I have been in a dark place a long time ago and was put on anti depressants which helped a lot but made me manic. So,there is a fine line.
