I've been off opioids for 5 years except for a few encounters. Every time I start to get the desire or urge I call a suboxone doctor who I tend to see for 2-3 months. I feel my pride is hurt I have to reattend these and am unable to remain abstinent. The treatment works however does anyone else feel this is a problem since it reocurrs and I have to re make an appointment. In my eyes long as it's saving me from complete relapse and eventually my strength will be built up enough I won't have to go to the doctors. Please tell me what you think. Thank you.
