i've lost 10 pounds since being furloughed late march. this morning i woke up and weighed 137 lbs. i'm 5'3" so i'm ready to get down to 120 lbs or lower. i started walking/jogging again since i have time to do so not working. i don't exercise every day. i wish i had more discipline. today i ate 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 chicken breast, 1/4 cup black beans, 2 tomatoes, approx 1/3 cup rice, an apple, and some bread with alfredo sauce. approximately 1300 calories.
despite losing 10 pounds i still feel fat and insecure. bmi says 140 lbs is my cut off for a healthy weight. i'm sure that only applies if i'm very muscular, since muscle weighs more than fat. i'm not muscular so i'm disproportionately fat and need to be less than 140.
